Dealership License help

I own an auto transport company based here in Houston, TX called /u/shipcargoai — we’re looking to add a dealership license to our business. Are there any commercial office owners with 5 parking spots or other dealerships in this community that will allow me to rent office space to hang my license? Please comment. Thanks
