Dead body in the middle of Stoney brook and Westheimer??

I just passed westheimer and Stoney Brook and there’s a dead body in the middle of the intersection. Looks like it was bleeding a lot from the head. It was dark but it looked as though hands were behind its back as well. Anyone know anything? Same location as a drive by double homicide a few weeks back.
