DC Partners gets $31M loan for 4411 San Felipe mixed-use project near Galleria area
3650 REIT, a Miami-based commercial real estate lender, has originated a $31 million loan for the construction of a mixed-use project just inside the 610 Loop.
Houston-based DC Partners is developing the project, dubbed 4411 San Felipe Street, near the Galleria area. It’s being built on part of the site of the former Westcreek apartment complex, just like the Arabella high-rise condominium building DC Partners developed with Houston-based Randall Davis Co.
