DC Partners breaks ground on 4411 San Felipe mixed-use project near Galleria area
A mixed-use project near the Galleria-area Target just inside the Interstate 610 Loop has broken ground.
Houston-based DC Partners held a groundbreaking ceremony Jan. 28 for 4411 San Felipe, which is expected to be complete in the fourth quarter of 2021, according to a press release. The project is already 60% leased, with tenants including DC Partners itself, Houston-based SIBS International and Dallas-based Advancial Federal Credit Union.
