What are some good date restaurants that have a good vibe and aren’t crazy loud?

I wanted to bring a date to Barcelona Wine Bar, but I read multiple reviews saying it’s extremely loud. That’s not good for conversation.

What’s a place that would have a vibe like that but I can also have a conversation?
