Date night idea?

I’m looking for a date night idea I’m newer to Houston area only have been here for a little over a year. My fiancé grew up here. She loves things like books and mysteries and detective work. I’m wanting to take her out on a date surprise tonight. I also don’t want it to just be dinner. I’m mainly looking for an activity based date as that is something we don’t typically do. What are some places that you guys recommend that are not escape room.
