Dashcam footage Rusk/Chartres

Hey all, I know this is a long shot but I am hoping someone can help me here.

I was in an accident January 18th at the intersection of Rusk and Chartres st downtown where the other driver ran a red light. After initially claiming to be at fault he has now walked back his statement.

Would anyone happen to have dashcam footage from 5:54ish pm January 18th?

The HPD station is right there next to the intersection and they do have footage but unfortunately would not release it to me without a subpoena.
