Dangerous Pickup Bros on Westpark Tollway

I havent been on the Westpark Tollway in years, but had to today to see a doctor in Katy. Wow! Around 2:40 a flurry of suburban bros in fancy black pickups were all over the place. Driving 80, passing on the left and right shoulders, tailgating dangerously, making *sses of themselves. They drove off and a few mins later it happened again, different trucks, finally a third group blew through. Is this a common occurance on the Westpark?
