Dancing classes/ What style?

My friend died. She was going to join classes with me to help me learn to dance.
She was from Argentina. So my question is why kind of dances are popular to
find partners to dance with age 20-39. And some goo dplaces to learn?
Yes I know Tango is one but ive heard that community is mostly older people and
not very welcoming.
