Dallas-based restaurant to open first Houston location near the Galleria

Dallas-based Italian restaurant Il Bracco will open in Houston this fall at 1705 Post Oak Blvd.

It’s the first Houston location for the brand. The 6,000-square-foot restaurant will seat 160 inside, including at a bar, and 35 outside. It replaces a former California Pizza Kitchen, and Austin-based Michael Hsu Office of Architecture will handle the redesign.

Il Bracco, which was created by CEO Robert Quick and COO Matt Gottlieb, has one existing location at The Plaza at Preston Center in Dallas.
