Dallas-based co. to open nightclub in former Benjy’s space on Washington Avenue

This will be the first Houston location for Milkshake Concepts, which operates a Citizen nightclub location in Dallas as well as full-service and fast-casual restaurants in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
