Dairy-free bakery that makes birthday cakes here in HTX? (Preferably North/Northeast part of HTX, willing to drive to other places depending on distance)

Hi y'all! I'm needing recommendations for a bakery (please an actual storefront, no at home bakers) that do dairy-free birthday/general cakes? My dad during the pandemic got diagnosed with a milk allergy that was slowly killing him and caused his lungs and chest to hurt and swell quite bad and I always feel bad he can't enjoy stuff like pan dulce and cake like he used to anymore. We've baked Betty Crocker type cakes most years since then since a lot of different flavors do not contain milk ingredients and I really wanna surprise my dad this year with an actual cake for the birthday on the 7th next month. Bonus if anyone knows a bakery that does dairy-free conchas and marranitos! Thanks y'all!

Edit: areas around Heights, Midtown, Montrose, and Eado are fine as well (those are roughly 20-35 minutes away from me on a good day, thanks!)
