At bat 1: 4 pitch strikeout swinging

At bat 2: 1 pitch infield hit to pitcher (Knees 🏃‍♀️) later thrown out at 2nd on a fielder's choice

At bat 3: 3 pitch strikeout swinging

At bat 4: 5 pitch strikeout looking

Overall a very underwhelming day for Yordan today, and he certainly looked like it in his at bats. He was extremely aggressive, swinging early and often in the count, but NYY was feeding him pitches low and away, which he didn't hesitate to swing at, leading to a bunch of early strikeouts. He did have that one infield blooper that he hustled out, which was encouraging to see, shows his knees are back and look good. He just looked like he wasn't recognizing the pitches today, hopefully tomorrow goes differently for him and the Astros.
