Daily dose of Yordan (Game 26)

At bat 1: 2 pitch single to center

At bat 2: 9 pitch single to center

At bat 3: 3 pitch groundout to second (shift)

At bat 4: 3 pitch strikeout swinging

At bat 5: 6 pitch flyout to center.

Once again, another no homer game for Yordan. And as always, he managed to contribute in other ways, whether it be a 9 pitch single with 3 foul balls to score a run, or hit a couple deep flyballs into center that should have been doubles. Yordan once again displayed that elite selective aggressiveness he has, chasing good pitches early for hits while also keeping a good batting eye later in the count. So while we all want for him to hit home runs, we should also at the same time acknowledge how unique of a hitter he is that even with a pretty long home run drought, he's still easily a positive force and a consistent bat.

Also mods pls we need a Yordan flair for when he wins MVP and triple crown in a couple years. Cristian Javier is kinda similar but he doesn't look the same.
