D.R. Horton and Lennar Homes reviews

Hello,

My wife and I are looking to purchase a new construction home in Katy and are between D. R. Horton and Lennar Homes. Looking at Reviews online we have seen a lot of mixed reviews for both, with D.R. Horton seeming to have a significant amount of construction issues and poor warranty fulfillment. Had anyone had a good or bad experience with either builder? What are their completed neighborhoods like?

We do plan on having an inspector review the homes as many times as we can during construction.
