Cypress Creek Drainage Improvement District aims to create master drainage plan by 2024-25

During a series of town halls held throughout October, officials with the new legislatively-created Cypress Creek Drainage Improvement District said they hope to have a comprehensive flood mitigation and funding plan created by 2024-25.
