Cypress Creek Cultural District looks back on flooding 5 years after Hurricane Harvey

This August marks the five-year anniversary of Hurricane Harvey. While the properties impacted may no longer show any visible damages, many business owners and nonprofit leaders in the Cypress Creek Cultural District will always remember what happened during that storm.
