"Cutesy" Shop Suggestions?

I've only lived in the area a few months, and my mother is coming to visit. While I work, she wants to be able to walk around "cutesy" shops (think about rustic looking boutiques, places where you'll find a silly phrase on socks, etc.).

I know the Galleria is not what she's looking for, and she won't be here on a Saturday when there are markets in Montrose.

Since I'm new myself, those are the only things I know so far and am at a loss. Help!
