Cutesy restaurants?

My daughter is turning 9 and I wanted her guest to dress up “tea party theme”. Is there any cute, girly restaurants that’s affordable with GOOD food? Although I want tea party theme it doesn’t necessarily have to be a tea room. I already know about little hen(heard the food sucks), mchugh tea room, proper rose garden (too far). Also would prefer if the restaurants are in the Pearland/sugarland area or at least 30-35 mins from these areas 😭
