Custom home builder ballpark cost

I realize sky is the limit here, but just curious what others have seen to build a 4,000-5,000 sq foot mid-high custom build on already purchased land in city suburb/outskirts

I feel like I went down this rabbit hole pre COVID and saw mostly in the $200ish/sq ft range but scared to see what that number is these days.

Bonus points if you want to list any custom builders and what their rate was when you were shopping
