Custom Granite/Countertop Work?

Hi – my wife and I purchased a vanity recently from Craigslist, which came with a vanity top that has an opening slightly too small for the sink (we think they purchased the wrong one which is why they sold it.)

Does anyone know of a granite/countertop business that would be able to widen the center opening for the sink ~1-2 inches on a granite top? We have the template for the opening, just need a place with the right machinery to cut it.
