Custom City Connect jersey options?

I'm looking to get a City Connect jersey (replica version), but I'd like to get a custom name and number on the back.

Is that something that would be available at the team store at Minute Maid Park, or MLB.com? I've been checking MLB.com for a few days, and it seems to be hit or miss on what stock they have available.
