Cushman & Wakefield to acquire Texas-based multifamily property manager

Cushman & Wakefield (NYSE: CWK) will be moving into 20 U.S. multifamily markets with the acquisition of a multifamily property manager based in the Dallas area.

The Chicago commercial real estate giant plans to add Pinnacle Property Management Services LLC to establish a multifamily property management platform, pending customary regulatory approvals, including the receipt of applicable antitrust approvals. Pinnacle has a presence in Houston.
