Curly hair cut and color

I just moved downtown from the suburbs and I'm looking for good hair salons that do dry curly cuts. I also love getting vivids, especially a hot pink balayage, so I need someone who can do that too. I have 2c/3a hair and have been cutting and coloring it myself for a couple of years, but the shorter I go, the messier the back looks, so wanting to try to go the professional route. Any recommendations?
