Curbside grocery staff – what’s a good tip?

I used curbside grocery pickup last week for the first time and I don’t know that I will ever set foot in a grocery store again. I’ve been paying a $5 fee – what is a good amount for a tip?

Is it a percent of the order? Percent over a minimum?
