Culley’s purpose

So at first I was angry about the hire. But after watching the coaching hires for his staff, I think I have an idea about what is going on and I want your thoughts!

Culley isn’t here to be a schematic, bright person. He’s here purely for a culture reset after the last year of drama and to lead. Justin Reid already came out in support of him and basically said that he thinks he can fix the locker room. Based on his coaching hires, I think the plan is to let the position coaches cook and have Culley just be a leader to rally around.
