Cruises delayed again as Royal Caribbean prepares to build new Galveston terminal

Royal Caribbean will begin construction on the third cruise terminal in Galveston in April and will bring its Allure of the Seas there after the terminal opens in fall 2022. Both dates were pushed back a year amid the pandemic, which ground the U.S. cruise industry to a halt for more than a year.
