Cricket and AT&T not working in north Houston

So I went to a Halloween party and as I was leaving everyone’s phones weren’t working so obviously I asked what services they used. We seemed to conclude with these two services listed in the title. Not to seem ignorant but jw in the last 24 hours was there a service issue and when would it be resolved or is there any info on any of this.
