Crestwood Equity Partners closes deals in Delaware Basin and Barnett Shale, gets new directors

On July 11, Crestwood said it closed three previously announced deals on the heels of Oasis Petroleum Inc., Crestwood’s largest customer in the Williston Basin, completing its merger with Whiting Petroleum Corp. The Oasis deal will lead to a board shakeup for Crestwood.
