Crazy idea for rebuilding….

Instead of trading everyone away:

1) KEEP nearly everyone. We have some good talent.

2) Clean house with the coaching personnel and FO.

3) Rely on FA to sign impact players.

4) Try to get some dark horse talent in the later rounds of the 2021 draft. Draft impact players in the 2022 draft.

EDIT: Of course you can show Gaines, Johnson, and Murray the door.
