Crash July 17th on 225 Westbound

Good Afternoon. Trying any avenue I can. On Thursday July 17th while traveling on 225 towards 610, I got rear ended and smashed up by an 18-wheeler, then hit by another one. The first on fled the scene and I was unable to get any definitive information about the first truck. Wanted to reach out and see if someone may have caught dashboard footage of the crash. The crash happened right after 4pm. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
