Coverup Tattoo Artists Recommendations

Hi y’all 🤠 I’m visiting Houston for the first time and I’ve been eyeing a couple tattoo shops to get a coverup done. I’m trying to coverup a crappy rose outline on my calf I got when I was young and dumb but a part of me still wants a bunch of flowers spiraling up my entire leg. Looking for an artist that works with darker skin tones and has crisp line work, thanks!!
