Courtney Chadwell leads in first vote count for League City City Council, unofficial results show
In the Feb. 17 runoff race for League City City Council Position 4, Courtney Chadwell currently has a lead over Ange Mertens, as of 7:30 p.m., according to unofficial election results from Galveston County.
