Country music bar/line dancing on a Wednesday night?

My husband and I are visiting Houston for the first time and we are from the east coast so we want to experience Texan culture. I don’t know if this is stereotypical but my first thought was that I would like to go to a bar that plays mostly country music and/or a place where people go line dancing (or 2 step?). Any suggestions on where we could go on a Wednesday night? I saw some places that are open on Thursdays but we leave tomorrow.

Also if there are other type of activities that very Texas I’m open to suggestions! Thanks!!
