Countriest things to do in Houston?

For context, i'm from Brazil, and i LOVE country music and country themed things.

I'll be in Houston for one day (morning and afternoon only). What can i do? I dont want any museums, modern art stuff, memorials, and stuff.

Is there anything "country" to do there?
