Could you report an unsafe driver with video footage anonymously?

A driver got mad I wasn’t going fast enough, even though I was faster than the right lane, and when he had the chance, he went past me, but instead of going straight for a bit and turning left much further in (and he had PLENTY of space), he tried to push me to the side while getting his car close to mine, accelerating at the same time that even the wind pushed my car (his was a muscle car). I have the license plate and everything. Idk what to do. Don’t want to risk my life by reporting.

I feel his intentions were for me to crash.

edit: to the person who asked why didn’t I move to the right and then deleted the comment. There were cars on right who were slower than me (70 or close to it) and in the way. If you have to try to kill someone because you’re a couple of seconds “late”, please don’t drive.
