Costco inKind Gift Cards stack with Houston Restaurant Week

Has anyone done this? Buy a $100 inKind Restaurant Gift card for $60 from Costco (currently $10 off), sign up for inKind App through referral, and used it for Houston Restaurant Week?

Stack gift card and referral. It will lower some HRW prices to like 60-70% off.
