Coronavirus updates: League City enacts new COVID-19 restrictions, 17% of Galveston County cases active

The restrictions apply to restaurants, bars and hospitals performing elective surgeries, and they will remain in effect until area COVID-19 hospitalization rates drop below 15% for a week straight.
