Corkscrew BBQ

Shot is the dark here, but by chance did anyone else eat there this Saturday morning.

I went for the first time after hearing the hype and was really let down. That's not to say it was bad, but the brisket was nowhere close to good as the hype.

My question if anyone else was there. Was it an "off day", am I crazy, or is it always "mid"?
