Cops rushing down Shepherd, Kirby and Buffalo Speedway?

Seen about 30 cop cars marked and unmarked willing to drive the wrong way.

edit, just got to the office:

So taking my drive in, Going BS to San Felipe. I stopped at the Westminster intersection, at that time about 4 Unmarked massive cop cars come out of no where behind the other cars, pull into the intersection and take off down BS in the West U direction.

I make my turn and the entire time I just see car after car flying the same way down the street.

I finally get to Shepherd where Im going to take a left. The cops were going down the road the wrong way. Kinda wish I could do that, instead of gambling between getting stuck behind a bus or someone trying to take a left.
