Cool and cute restaurant with good food and drink!

Turning 21 and I want to dress nice and I’m looking for a restaurant or something with maybe a nice view and a cool ambiance. just a place that’s not only CUTE but has actual yummy food AND actual GOOD DRINKS! I emphasize that only cause I know some places look aesthetically pleasing but then the food and drink is buns lol. TIA 😋
