Cooking adjacent activities and food spots?

Hey folks, I’m a chef in town for the month on business. I was wondering what are your must-do or must-eat spots for those visiting?

So far I’ve hit the Le Creuset and Zwilling stores, would love more local shopping options.

Viet-Cajun crawfish is firmly at the top of my list for experiences, I also enjoy Tex Mex and halal food. Hoping to get some tattoos, see some art, and generally make the most of the food scene here. What would you do if you were in my shoes? Non-franchise options appreciated.
