Contract restructures for the new GM.

Is it possible the new GM will be able to restructure contracts to a more team friendly number for some players?

Cobb and Cooks I actually love, I just don’t love them for the $. With lower cap hits I’d be ecstatic to keep them.

Nick Martin and Merci I’m fine with, but also not for the cap space.

Do you think it’s likely a new GM can come restructure these players and make it possible for a quicker turnaround?
