Contents only flood insurance for apartment?

I rent an apartment in the Heights and would like to get flood insurance to cover my personal belongings in the event of a flood. I've tried googling this but can only find descriptions of flood insurance and not information on how to actually purchase it, especially as a renter instead of a homeowner. Anyone have any tips?
