Contactless ATM in Houston

Hey guys! I'm a tourist in Houston and unfortunately I've been noticing many places don't accept payment via Google Pay. I'd like to know where I could find a contactless ATM (NFC technology) to withdraw money from my Nomad bank account/Google Pay in the city. I appreciate your help!
