Construction underway on 4,900-home Jubilee community in Hockley

June Tang, vice president and general manager of Jubilee, said the community was developed around the concept of holistic wellness. Key features will include 30 acres of parks and amenity space as well as more than 270 acres of greenspace and waterways.
