Construction to begin on 55+ condo community near Houston’s 610 Loop

Atlanta-based Beazer Homes USA (NYSE: BZH) has scheduled a groundbreaking ceremony for Dec. 13 to kick off construction of a new condominium community for senior residents just outside of the 610 Loop.

The new community, dubbed Gatherings at Westview, will be open to residents age 55 and up. The $15.5 million project is scheduled to be completed in 2020, according to filings with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
