Construction permits filed for new 315-unit apartment complex in northeast Houston
Construction is expected to begin April 1, 2025 and wrap up by April 30, 2026 on a new apartment complex in northeast Houston, according to a Jan. 20 filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
