Construction breaks ground on long-awaited Willowbrook-area FM 1960 improvement project

Nearly 17 years after design work first began, construction broke ground Dec. 8 on a project to improve FM 1960 in the Willowbrook area, officials with the Texas Department of Transportation confirmed March 25.
