Conspiracy time: Pep Hamilton is the planned successor to Culley

I think everyone can agree that Culley was mostly hired to be a “culture” guy while the team rebuilds. Given that Pep is much closer than Kelly to being a head coach given his experience and that Culley is old, it isn’t impossible to see Hamilton taking the lead role and Culley stepping back into a role similar to what Romeo has now.
